 Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: For non- Prescription orders:  If the product you order is in stock, (if the product you order is not in stock we will inform you and let you know of a custom delivery date for you), your order should be packed and sent by Royal Mail within 2 working days.  We will inform you when your order is dispatched along with the tracking information for the parcel.  Standard and Express deliveries usually do not require a signature although they are tracked.

Standard delivery – Sent by Royal Mail 2nd class tracked 2-4 days from posting

Express delivery – Sent by Royal Mail 1st Class tracked 1-2 days from posting

Next working day delivery – Sent by Royal Mail guaranteed by next working day. Royal Mail is no longer guaranteeing delivery by 1:00pm but if you choose this option your order should be with you on the day following posting.

For Prescription orders:   For most prescriptions you can expect your glasses to arrive within 14 working days of your order being placed and all information required has been sent.  In some cases where a prescription is complex or requires special lenses it may take longer.  In these instances  we will keep you informed of the progress of your order by email.

RATES: Standard Shipping is £3.75. Express Shipping is £5.00 per order.  Next working day shipping is £7.75.  International shipping is £17.50 per order.  We offer free standard shipping to UK addresses on all orders over £50.00

Q: Can prescription lenses be fitted to my TEYES frames?

A: Yes, we have a prescription lens section.  "TEYES London Frames Fitted With Your Prescription Lenses". You can buy one of our frames and we will fit your prescription lenses for you.  We offer single vision prescription lenses from £56.99 including the frame. (Choose our clear frames for the lowest price).  You will need to upload a copy of your prescription during the ordering process so please have a scanned copy ready.  We also fit Intermediate, bi-focal, varifocal, Sunglasses and Photochromic, (light sensitive) lenses to order.  If you would like a quote for any of these lenses please email Alice at  amf@magneteyesuk.co.uk and attach a copy of your prescription to the email.

Outside Frame Width: 152mm (6ins)

Inside Frame Width: 140mm (5 ½ ins)

Horizontal lens: 54mm (2 ¼ ins)

Vertical Lens: 31mm (1 1/4 ins)

Nose Bridge: 19mm (3/4ins)

Temple Depths:

Standard side arms: 190mm to 204 mm (7 ½ ins – 8 ins)               

Long side arms: 200mm – 210mm (7 ¾ - 8 ½ ins)

(Please Note: All TEYES frames are fitted with standard side arms and a set of long side arms is included with each order)

 Q: How do I adjust my TEYES to fit my head properly?

A: You will find adjustable side arms on all products. All TEYES are fitted with standard side arms. We also include a set of longer arms with each order in case they are needed. When you are wearing your TEYES, look up at the sky, if they don’t pop off you have them sized correctly! More detailed instructions are included with each order.

Q. Are TEYES Guaranteed?

A:  All TEYES frames are guaranteed against breakage for one year from purchase.  We also will do our best to help even outside the one year guarantee.  As TEYES are modular it is usually easy for us to replace a part that has become worn or damaged.

Gift Card refund policy:  Refunds for Gift Cards can only be made to the the original purchaser's account using the payment method used when making the purchase.  There is a 30 day refund policy. 

Non-returnable items:

TEYES Frames fitted with prescription lenses.  If you are unsatisfied with your prescription order please contact us and we will seek to rectify your complaint.  A partial refund may be issued against the return of a TEYES frame.  Because prescription lenses are made on a bespoke basis refunds on these are not available unless the prescription is faulty, i.e. the prescription is not made to the specifications supplied by the customer.

 Q. What should I use to clean my TEYES?

A: We recommend that you use the microfibre pouch included with your order to clean them, the fabric won’t scratch your lenses.  You can also use micro fibre cloths that are easily available.  Please Note:  If you decide to  use a cleaning agent, use water based cleaning agents only.  As with many modern plastics Rilsan Clear is not compatible with ethanol, so alcohol based cleaners should not be used.
